- Contest is open internationally to contestants 13+
- By entering, you are confirming that you are 13 or older, and giving the contest admin (Melanie Crowder) permission to contact you via email (if necessary) and to mail you your prize(s)
- For every valid entry, while supplies last, the contestant will be mailed a swag pack consisting of the following paper goods: one (1) bookmark, one (1) signed bookplate, and one (1) lighthouse sticker
- Ten (10) runner-up winners will be drawn from all valid entries on or after 10/15/18 and will receive one (1) bookmark with lighthouse charm
- One (1) grand prize winner will be drawn from all valid entries on or after 10/15/18 and will receive one (1) one ceramic paperweight (1) Book Seat, three (3), glass drinking straws, and will have a character named after them in one of Melanie Crowder’s forthcoming books releasing in 2019 or 2020
